Interesting input guys! No matter what I eat and or time it I still feel fasted works best for me, seems like most people prefer to eat. Whatever works and gets people to train my brothers!
What’s up my brothers, do you guys prefer to eat a meal prior to working out or do you go fasted? I personally like to work out in the am fasted with just some sort of caffeine. Eating preworkout seems to hinder and slow me down. What are your thoughts?
Had a moler crack right in half, so the dentist had to remove the whole tooth (beyond repair). Can honestly say these past couple days have been miserable, I’m not a pansy but I’d rather brake an arm before going through any dental pains ever again lol
