How often do you work out?
Like how many times a week? How long?
Do you think you can over do it? What’s your thoughts on working out 1 hour to 1.5 hours 5 to 6 times a week???
I thought massages would be beneficial. Maybe now he will let me do it!!

When i start that will be an issue for me cause i hate water…lol

100% agree that milk in general is not healthy or good for you. But we are also calling about pasteurized milk and who knows what’s put in it, just like the rest of our food…gmos, etc that cause illness
With that being said breast milk is 100 percent natural...
My husband works out alot. Sometimes he will say this muscle is sore or that one is sore. I offer to massage but he always says no. I can only assume that a massage every now and then would feel good and most likely be beneficial. Inputs???
Absolutely because this will be my first time as well so is like to know full details when you complete your first cycle, with understanding that everyone reacts differently.
Anything for you @josh. You have to eat!! I enjoy doing it for you! All i can say is i try/ do my best. Plus the portions at your work for the price is ridiculous and you don’t get enough time to even make it to the cafeteria. Lol.
Yup she does her own thing. She usually stays working out with daddie the entire time, but about half way she dipped out…lol… think she got wore out and went to bed. Lol
