    What’s up. Just found this board this morning and thought I’d jump on for broadening my educational base and networking a bit. 38, 5’9”, 220, probably 20% bodyfat (yeah, I know). Just this week getting my ass back in gear after several months off due to a bad shoulder tweak. Ready to rock.
