    Welcome man, 275 for what is essentially natty is pretty impressive, especially if you haven’t done it for long. Id lift for a little longer before looking for as you said, that edge, as it can be a real boost to confidence to suddenly go from stagnation to rapid gains.

    The only one I can even kind of get the form for is the clean, and thats cause we did them in weight training in high school. I watch it sometimes, and am taken aback by it.

    I respect the hell out of Olympic lifts, no idea how anyone does them lol. A test only cycle is a good idea for a first cycle, it’ll get you right, and you’ll see results rather quick, especially considering you’re rather lean.

    No I do too. Its the same way height increase surgery works to an extent, it just uses mgf to induce hyperplasia instead of your body’s naturally ability to join broken bone.
