I just noticed your comment said 350mg twice weekly. I’m actually starting out 350mg a week - 175 x 2. From what I’ve read, I should start out at a lower dose.
Thank you! I’m in my 30’s. I’ve been on and off in the gym since high school. I’ve been serious for a couple years now. I feel I’m ready for my trial run now.
At least 5 days, usually 6 if my schedule allows. My workouts are 60-70 minutes. When cutting, I’ll add 45-60 minute incline walks or some sprints in the evenings.
Hey all! I just signed up. This site was recommended to me and I’ve been scrolling around trying to figure it out. I’m planning on starting my first cycle in less than 2 weeks of Test E 350/week.
