I have a coach and a nutritionist that keep me in line. I’m not allowed to go off program for that exact reason. I’m sure I would resort back to the bro mentality and just lift to heavy and push it everyday and end up injured if left to my own devices.
Thanks lol, I’m not anywhere near where I want to be yet. I got some big goals lined up for 2022 and mostly just want to be consistent and stay injury free.
Dealing with work and life has been busy this week. I meant to post yesterday but I ended up moving my workout to today. I pinned on Monday morning and it was very smooth. The lumps I was having are starting to go down faster than before. I’m feeling good and starting to get the confidence boost...
Today we did a strongman day with a group of friends. We set up a deadlift ladder and went from 495, 585, 635, 675 and 715 in 5 lifts. It’s a combo of strength and cardio. Then worked on some more log presses and sandbag carries. Best part was food afterwards. 18 boneless wings and a meatloaf...
Started off this morning with a smooth pin of unicorn test cyp and a hefty breakfast. So far no PIP but it does sit in a small lump that last for a couple days. Probably just the way my body handles the carrier oils. Starting to feel the effects in recovery and starting to see small increases in...

Oh for sure, my wife is a NP so I basically live with a doctor and she won’t let me get too out of hand lol. Once we get done with kids, she will be my sponsor!
Ok cool, yeah you wouldn’t think there was that much of a difference in side effects from 400 to 500. I ran 400 for 12 weeks with no issues and perfect results last cycle. Didn’t even have to use a AI. But I’m curious on what the blood will show this time.
I haven’t changed a single thing besides starting the test. I never had any issues my first cycle at all, I monitored everything the same way. I am the biggest person in my family‘s history but even my 125 pound vegetarian healthy lifestyle Marathon running uncle has high blood pressure. I was...
Yeah, i have terrible luck as every single person in my family has high BP and I think it’s finally my time to start getting it. I monitor a few times a week in the morning. I have prehypertension so I’m on a small dose but I might have to up it now. It’s been steady at 140/75 since week 2 of...
I made it back home last night and that drive sucked ass. Chicago traffic is just asinine. Getting some breakfast in but I noticed my blood pressure is starting to go up quite a bit, Is that normal because I didn’t have that last time?
I know! I hoping that that now that I’m back on cycle, I’m able to burn those calories more effectively and add more to grow. I definitely noticed a big difference when I was on cycle compared to off. I took a year in between cycles and it seems like my body doesn’t use the calories as fast or...
This is only my second cycle and I want to see how I react with this and estradiol control and maybe add something else in the future. I do plan on going on TRT after the kids come around. I have pretty low test to start with as a baseline for being 28 years old.
Not currently, I’m nervous to try anything else besides test. We will be trying for kids after this current cycle so I have to remain somewhat normal for a bit. I have really bad genetics when it comes to high blood pressure so I have to play it safe with that too.
It’s funny because it’s one of the most important parts of our training. That and recovery. I spend at least 30 mins a day doing mobility and recovery. I have a cold tub right in my gym that I do after every workout. I go to a physiotherapist every 2 weeks for general maintenance. I would...
