Got a big birthday breakfast today, 8 eggs, 5 strips of bacon, 4 turkey sausage patties, 4 pancakes, yogurt, 2 bananas and a protein shake. Should be around 1600 calories so only 300 more than normal lol.
I have the same issue, if I don’t have anything already prepped, I will keep snacking until it wears off. I had to switch to only consuming right before bed or suffer from snacking.
There’s a YouTube channel called “squat university”. He’s a DPT and give great advice and exercises to fix mobility and damage. He has a new book called rebuilding milo that covers a lot of injury and recovery work. It helped my with my hip impingement.
