    I had ribeye with 8 eggs and 1 cup of egg whites. Orange juice with my greens mixed in it and spinach. Trying to follow the vertical style diet to help with digestion. All my apple and pear trees are ready so I’m hoping the wife makes some crumble deserts. I love the northern Michigan fall!

    Got a big birthday breakfast today, 8 eggs, 5 strips of bacon, 4 turkey sausage patties, 4 pancakes, yogurt, 2 bananas and a protein shake. Should be around 1600 calories so only 300 more than normal lol.

    I have the same issue, if I don’t have anything already prepped, I will keep snacking until it wears off. I had to switch to only consuming right before bed or suffer from snacking.

    There’s a YouTube channel called “squat university”. He’s a DPT and give great advice and exercises to fix mobility and damage. He has a new book called rebuilding milo that covers a lot of injury and recovery work. It helped my with my hip impingement.
