No blood work done in a couple of months. Working out on treadmill 3 times a week 30 min. Chest arms and back are primary targets. Not to much legs in right now I do ladders all day long.
Getting back in the game. Wanting to get In Shape. 40 Years old and need a spark. I know t levels are at a all time low at my age. Hitting the 2 times a week. 5’8 220. Looking to get down to 190.
Hey Guys excited to be a part of the family. Been lifting since early teens. I am 40 with wanting to get some spark back any ideas let me know. Trying to stay fit and and energetic. Diet is good. Mostly proteins. Tried the Keto diet liked it a lot. Hard to stay on it .
