    Every farm raised fish use tilapia to “clean” out the holding tanks when the trout and salmon get moved. That extra fishy taste is, well, shit, and the sorts. Next time when you buy salmon, also get yourself a nice piece of Alaskan sockeye. The flavor and quality difference will blow your mind
