    That would be like doing 80% sprints before a run. Easy way to get an injury. I’ve pulled muscles doing that in the past. Heavy compound lifts I will always work up to with warm up sets.

    Yep I’m mostly in it for the long haul. Bitcoin though is so volatile I’m not using that as a long term investment like I am my 401k and IRA. It simply entertains me checking it daily to see if I’ve won any money and the couple hundred I throw in it every now and then Doesn’t bother me if I lose.

    My first cycle I ran test e and got bad PIP on almost every injection throughout the entire cycle. I just pinned test cyp for the first time on Monday and had absolutely no PIP. If it continues I would give test cyp a try

    I plan on injecting the 250 twice a week the day before I inject the test. I will have to pick up more hcg since the 5000iu will last me 10 weeks. Then once cycle is complete I discontinue use of HCG before hopping onto PCT?
