I think I’m going to do that and go back for blood work again in about a month to see where I’m at. I might just have to suck it up and utilize the trt clinic. I think I need to have a higher level of efficacy with my gear intake that I don’t think I can achieve without a trt clinic.
I just season the skin with Traegers and throw the whole thing in. I leave all the organs inside too. I like to grind up the organs for the chicken salad. They’re super nutritious and I think they add another layer of flavor you really can’t get otherwise.
That’s a beautiful pork loin. I feel your pain, I was really looking forward to briskets this summer but bone in pork shoulder will have to suffice. I like doing whole chickens too and then making chicken salad out of the leftover with red onions and chipotle Mayo.

Welcome to UGM. I’m always on test e and I just started NPP about a week ago but I’ve run deca and those two together are an excellent cycle in my opinion.
As much as that sucks about the labs always remember you’re probably head and shoulders above most guys your age health wise. And I thing tossing out the tbol before the proviron sounds right since proviron is likely the least harmful oral that I’m aware of.
Gym @ 5. Pull day, back n bi’s. Just started taking NPP this week on Sunday. Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs and a McDonald’s hash brown. Black iced coffee from D&D. Lunch is smoked brisket and rice. Dinner will be cheeseburger salad, just ground beef over greens with some shredded cheddar and bacon bits.
Breakfast was oatmeal and a banana. Lunch chorizo quesadilla with a side salad(no dressing). Boxing and push-ups when I get home and salmon with asparagus for dinner tonight.
Get after it bro. I’ll be following. I’ve heard a lot of people say that doing more Deca than test is not a good idea. But I honestly don’t know how valid that is but you might wana double check that ratio. I was led to believe you want that ratio going the other way, like 500 test to 300 deca.
Is there any way you can slip push-ups/dips/pull-ups into your work day? All three are generally underrated in their effectiveness. I’ve seen guys get really big just doing that trio in their free time.
I think this is a case of not enough research to get a solid answer. Because of the legal issues surrounding cannabis the research is very limited and a lot of the info coming across tends to be anecdotal. And that goes double for information on AAS/cannabis combination research which I can...
Glad you’re alright John, or close enough. Mental health is a motherfucker, I’m hoping you find that sweet spot with the dosage and that it gives you a decent quality of life.
