    Ran out of cream of rice on this leg day so we resorted to caramel rice cakes 9 pre and 5 post both with 1 scoop of whey and casein and homemade blueberry jam. Have fish and miracle noodles which are like 15 calories for 1/2lbs of noodles.

    For me mid day I’m strongest but I base it around cutting or bulking. For me when I’m cutting I want to eat later in the day and get fasted cardio done so I don’t have as much time for food but when I have an abundance of food I rather go at 5 or 6 in the morning to open up the rest of the day

    I went from roughly 14-17%to sub 10% 200lbs to 175lbs but strength and reps are still same, not improving but not regressive so I believe the stimulants and work ethic can keep a good portion of muscle. Realistically over a 6 week period it isn’t long enough for the body to opt for muscle as fuel

    It’s my preference to diet really hard for 4-8 weeks then take a 4 week maintenance phase before either massing or losing again. Im not a usual stimulant user so I can keep training intensity high during extreme deficits then lay off stimulants while maintaining to reset. It’s not for everyone...
