Morning everyone had beets apple isolate and sweet potato this morning. Trained chest and back then had cream of rice with blueberries. Still monitoring blood glucose as if this morning I was at 104 so definitely improving over the days. Still want it in a better range but at least it’s working!

Personally I’ve never used primo but I’ve heard of others talking about compounds in places like Thailand being thick as syrup or honey I believe was the comparison they made.

Had tilapia and broccoli twice today. Tried some protein pb frozen bites that I made this morning and will try later. It’s Greek yogurt and casein before bed because I’m not training today. Got chest and back tomorrow morning.
Morning going to have chicken broccoli and cantaloupe on this morning, will have a bagel with some almond butter and a shake before I go hit legs. Then oatmeal after. Haven’t decided on dinner but pre bed is 2 servings of Greek yogurt with a scoop of casein and 2tbsp almond butter
Great picture, once summer decides to kick in I’ll be walking outside a lot. It’s been pretty rainy where I’m at so a lot of my walks have been indoors or up and down the stairs. Can’t wait to get out!
Same old cream of rice and isolate with apples, last one of the week of meal prep so I’ll be able to change it up for next week, more fiber less carbs and more fats to see where I can put myself. Keeping a log book of my fasting glucose to bring to the doc at next appointment.
Hey @NeuroRN just wondering about the insulin topic. To my understanding you can get a couple different types OTC at Walmart for pretty cheap. The longest acting option is NPH which has effects in 90mins and lasts 24 hours. Would this be equivalent to lantus?
Sounds good, thank you for the advice I want to get there someday but right now I’m pumping the breaks just slowly gaining on TRT while my body takes a break. Gaining roughly 1lbs a month is the plan but diet clearly needs an update.
