Shoulder Surgery Pre and Post Therapies Suggestions

That’s the unfortunate thing about being opioid resistant. 12 hours, that was it, really, it’s ok now, finally able to sleep more than an hour.

Shoulder Surgery Pre and Post Therapies Suggestions

You’re not kidding about the nerve block, mine wore off at 4am, no more sleep for me. Opioids do nothing for me, either. 12 pretty rough hours, but, I think the worst of that pain is behind me.

Shoulder Surgery Pre and Post Therapies Suggestions

3 hour surgery…”extensive damage,” nerve block still working. 6iu Zomacton, 500mcg BPC today, see if I can get my old ass under a barbell before summer. Let’s fucking go!

Shoulder Surgery Pre and Post Therapies Suggestions

Got my sling and other assorted post op shit today, going in on Monday. Labrum repair, along with biceps tenedosis, supraspinatus and infraspinatus reattachment. Good god, man.

Shoulder Surgery Pre and Post Therapies Suggestions

I’m going to have to relearn the movement, I guess. My injury occurred benching. I thought my form was pretty solid, but, no way I could’ve done that amount of damage with correct form. Was considering the sling shot pre injury. I’m sure it will be of some benefit, but, do you think it would...

Shoulder Surgery Pre and Post Therapies Suggestions

I’ll check in here periodically. Good decision getting surgery out of the way. Easy decision for me, in that there wasn’t one, actually. Good luck to you, that list I provided you is the result of about 2 weeks spent down the rotator cuff surgery rabbit hole.

Shoulder Surgery Pre and Post Therapies Suggestions

I’m going in for rotator cuff and labrum repair on Monday. “Massive” was the first word written on the MRI report. After I shit myself, I finished reading. Full thickness tear, 2 tendons torn off the bone, labrum torn from anterior to posterior. All that from benching. My protocol will be as...

    HGH CYCLE DURATION suggestion

8iu EOD, so, 4iu/day, been on for 3 months. Ramped up from 2iu/day(4iu EOD). I’ll see if the vendor has any test results from this batch. Test results are available for the previous generic GH I was running 3iu/day(6iu EOD), no sides with that either. I’m weird like that, though, seldom see...

    HGH CYCLE DURATION suggestion

Currently running 8iu EOD generic with no side effects. I’m gonna switch over to Pharma post op and run 6iu EOD, I suppose, gauge it from there, I guess.

Training with Tear of Left Rotator Cuff

Thanks, bro, I AM pretty goddam depressed right now. I know I’ll recover, but, how long to get back to where I am, DB OHP 120s for 8, incline DB pressing the 140s, I feel like my window at this age is closing or may be closed. All I can do is slam these drugs and break my ass, I guess.

Training with Tear of Left Rotator Cuff

I’m 47, 28 years of mileage, one spine surgery behind me and this full thickness tear with retraction already, along with the labral tear. I’m fearful I won’t be able to return to where I am now. I’m freaking myself out reading about inoperable full thickness tears(like yours).

    HGH CYCLE DURATION suggestion

Dredging up an old thread, just going through all the GH posts as I’m about to get rotator cuff “massive” full thickness tear as well as type 2 SLAP lesion repaired. Wondering about GH dosing recommendations for this purpose.

Training with Tear of Left Rotator Cuff

That’s irresponsible at best and seems horribly malpractice-y. I thought reconstruction had come a long way, to the point where you’re able to load. Reconstruction would mean no loading at all?

Training with Tear of Left Rotator Cuff

I used to use suicide grip, loved it. Then one close call with big boy weight and I wrapped the thumbs. I dumped hundreds of dollars on BPC/TB for my other rotator and honestly felt nothing, and that was from 3 different vendors. Also used GH peptides to no avail. So, if I’m spending that kind...

Training with Tear of Left Rotator Cuff

I don’t care for kitchen sink blasts myself, but, low dose(200-300mg)EQ or NPP can’t hurt, really. GH would be ideal, may need more than 6 weeks to gauge results.

Training with Tear of Left Rotator Cuff

Try to run something for collagen synthesis, I know I will from here on in. EQ, nandrolone, anavar and GH are the big 4 in that regard. I’ve read 3mg/kg bodyweight for the injectables and 25mg/day anavar. I’m going to run that anavar dosing for 12 weeks post op, along with NPP and Pharma GH...

Training with Tear of Left Rotator Cuff

I don’t think I’ll touch tren, has the most potential for tendon injuries from that rapid strength gain. I’ll stick to NPP for the collagen synthesis if I’m choosing a 19 nor. But, that’s a year down the trough for me right now. Enjoy the ride, sir.

Yep, long road ahead with a double procedure, think I’m going to relearn the bench press, fuck these shoulder issues, man, gotta be a better way.
