You’re referring to an Australian pull-up I believe. I did those on the Smith today actually recommended by a trainer friend of mine for lats. Looking forward to the dumbbell pullovers as I’ve only done cable pullovers.
I literally was gonna say the same thing. Used to box in my younger years. All I think is they look stupid af…get too close and it’s no more shadow boxing. Lol
