I am looking for some info/reading in regards to flexing while performing reps and if it has any additional positive benefit.
Ive noticed since I intentionally started doing that vs just moving the weight, my pumps are more intense and possibly slightly increased vascularity. Kinda curious of...
@KodiakGrrl that is another option but I feel as though even at 500 I am probably having issues just not enough to perceive with a lower dose. And since its a blend, I assume its the shorter ester giving me the problems!
@KodiakGrrl I’ve thought about front loading but havent seen anything that lead me to believe it would help reduce the needed exposure time. What made you choose e over c? Everything Ive ever read leads me to believe theres not much of a difference, and most logs Ive read on here take C over E.
@Kodiakgirl thats right, so basically by the time most people reach it’s useful stage - their cutting it off. @PHD Ive always wondered about a cycle that started EQ four to six weeks before anything else, and then adds the test to run to 12 weeks and the eq to finish at its 16 week mark.
I tried to find the article just now but was unable, at one time I recall reading that EQ takes a very long time to become effective(believe it was a low weekly dose however, somewhere 200-400) and needed to be ran for 16 to 20 weeks to realize its full potential. I personally love eq.

And Dorian Yates was quoted as saying something like “even cyclists do it but they walk down the street and look like a normal prerson, bodybuilders just look different.”
@Bigmurph, glad to hear from you. I have been natural for four years now. Previously I enjoyed sust, test c/e and eq but did not venture beyond that. Exem for estr control. On my last hit, I seemed to have some estrogen issues with sust, so i will probably focus primarily on c/e and eq. Eq for...
