    Good to see others liking the metal while lifting, only way to do it. I always have Iron Maiden on my lists but when it’s time to dig deep/get a PR and you need to go to that place, nothing beats Sabbath.

    @MBTJR1980 Hey man. I’m curious what your apnea events were before getting the cpap? I was at 87/hour 😦 How long after starting with cpap did you really notice being refreshed? I just got my machine a couple of days ago so getting dialed in over here.

    I was a thin, wiry kid that did all sports. Always wanted to get big. Now later in life have old man strength but a little dad bad and cardio is lacking 😆
