He’s the owner of ProMuscle and used to be a ifbb pro. He was also coach.
There’s a contest prep article he made as well. I’ll post it up at a later date. It’s good but it’s very brutal
Not currently. I have on and off in the past. For older guys or guys who are beat up I’d up the rep ranges to 10-20 or 30. During the busy season at my job I like it because it allows for plenty of recovery.
Mods if this is the wrong section please move.
This is a copy and paste but something that helped me tremendously and isn’t only good for beginners. It’s one of the routines I’ve used on and off for years along with the information. Some of it is dated but it still works

Changed up a couple things today overall good workout. I’ve dropped the anadrol for atleast 4 weeks.
I screwed up yesterday trying to keep carbs low and raising fats and by the end of the day my wife and daughter ordered pizza so I tore into it. Funny enough I woke up full and tight today so to...
Day off today. Feeling good. Pulling calories down to 1900 to push the fat loss phase along. Toying with the idea of doing low carb higher fat today. Replacing 2 liquid protein sources with chicken because it keeps me full longer.
I know him extremely well. There’s a point to where you become contrarian. There’s reasonable doubt and there’s just being hard headed. Don’t speak on what you don’t know or have no experience with.
I’ve helped some naturally skinny guys who had to push a fuck ton of food to grow. Ive had one guy who weighed 150 who I had him eating 5000cals a day plus ice cream and other stuff just to get his weight up. I’ve never helped an obese person who wasn’t eating way too much though.
“I’m not...
I notice people are really suprised when you actually get them to track everything for a few days with how much they think they eat vs how much they actually eat.
Different metabolic rates but it’s still calories in calories out. It’s still thermodynamics. Some people can eat more than others some people are better at partitioning nutrients but nothing changes the fact that weight gain happens in a caloric excess and loss happens in a deficit. There’s no...
Let me clarify something because a lot can get lost in translation in words on a screen because there’s no tone or body language.
I don’t mean easy as in effortless. Yes losing weight or fat requires effort for some a hell of a lot more than others, but I do mean for the majority of people it is...
Good and easy day today. Weights and/or reps up.
Shoulders arms
Db lat raise 35x6,30x12,25x16
Hammer curl 50x6,40x12,30x18
Dips 3rp 32,14,9
Quantum seated calf 220x13,7,8
Out of the 2 it is the easiest. Getting lean can suck but it’s not complicated and it doesn’t take a great deal of knowledge or time and it is way more simple and less work than packing on muscle. Anyone can lose weight, provided they’re in a caloric deficit this is guaranteed. On the other hand...
Body positivity at its finest. I really think these shows should have some standards in place before letting people step on stage. This guy looks like he’s never dieted in his life.
You can still eat whatever you want just within h your caloric limit. The foods don’t matter the calories do. Genetics have nothing to do with the law of thermodynamics
Anybody can lose weight or fat and as much as they want. All it takes is a caloric deficit and adhering to it long enough to reach your goal. I can find skinny people everywhere. What is rare is seeing big muscular people. Building actual lean tissue, not talking about getting fat, takes years...
