I’m an army veteran. One day for a week or so, they tried to make everyone refer to French fries as freedom fries in the DFAC. I was a young E-3 and got into it with a E-4 over not wanting to say freedom fries. I got a counseling statement and they called me freedom fries for a long time after.- freedomfries
