Interesting. I’ve been taking Dbol 25mg this cycle pre-workout for about 6 weeks and haven’t noticed many negative sides. It must be the differences in body reactions.
I should also mention that I started this cycle using arimidex 0.5 Mon and Thurs just to combat the possible aromatization...
I typically do what @NeuroRN does. If it’s leafy greens I typically don’t count them because of their fiber content. I would agree on counting out the tomato and other more carb heavy vegetables, like onions or bell peppers. That’s just me though

Man I really enjoy the LISS cardio with a heart rate monitor. I just find that the 40min of incline treadmill gets my endorphins running and just helps me to relax.

I’m running Tbol NPP and Test just about as outlined by @Bigmurph and I’ve felt great. Consistent strength gains week to week. Joints feel great so far, and the pinning MWF isn’t too bad from my experience.
Bruh seeing all of these home gyms got me jealous as all hell.

Thanks bud!!! Yeah I’m still progressing with NPP definitely notice that my joints feel less beat up overall.
Strength is still on a linear progression with 5-10lb advancements on my major lifts.
I’ve always felt that my smaller muscles like delts can hold up to 2cc and bigger muscles like my glutes can hold 3-5cc (although I don’t use enough compounds to get up to 3cc anyways). I just remember this from a chart that I saw when I was initially reading.
