I agree with @Trollus unless you’re consistently eating rice and beans, it’s harder (not impossible though) to get a full amino acid profile with plant based protein only. I’ve heard good things about the Vertical Diet, but haven’t tried it myself tbh. I will say that I think it’s interesting...

I don’t mean to hijack the post, but have any of you used anavar at the end of cycle? Like for the last four weeks? I’ve seen it done with some people and get the idea of using it as a finisher to lean out near the end, but is there any other benefits or rationale?
I was pleasantly surprised when I started using egg whites as my liquid for protein powders. I also get the bloat with casein, but I found that good ole beano (alpha galactosidase) helps a ton with the bloat, could be placebo, but I just feel better.

Bleed by Meshuggah is my go to if I need to focus and max out. Hand’s down the most focus and aggression inducing song for me. The rhythms just do it for me.
Welcome man!!! I have to ask at some point I’d love to hear how you got into strongman. Once I hit my powerlifting goals I think I’m gonna make the transition to strongman if I can find a good gym
