    Leg press, and ohp today Followed by Work phone calls. Ohp hit 165 for 3 strict , and a couple with engrish for the negative. 👍

    Yeah, I suck at them too, hence why I maxed bench. Ultimately though I have had a successful Deload week, I cut my volume and intensity down an awful lot, my body appreciates it. I am going to rest today, and get back to the grind tomorrow.

    Day 1 deload Front squat Ohp Pull up Rear delt 3 sets of all, 10 reps all sets. (except pull ups) In and out time like 33 mins. Sweater didn’t even come off… happy with that. Happy Canadian thanks giving!
