Fucking sucks when sickness keeps you from training. I was ill over the holidays and couldn’t train for a week or so. On the plus side, when I got back in I felt stronger due to the week off.

Smith Machine incline then straight to incline cable flys (or even cable crossovers) as a super set. As long as diet, sleep etc is in check you’ll see growth. I had the same problem so switched to this before flat bench and it worked a dream.
Yeah- as long as you’re not distributing or under suspicion of distributing there’s fuck all they can do here. Gotta love that!

Make your own gainers from real food brother- eggs, banana, peanut butter and milk. Stick it all in a blender and throw it down your neck. It will work out cheaper and your minimising eating processed crap.
I’d suggest you do your test e jabs on the same days every week rather than the switching about as you’ve suggested. It’s your first cycle so keep things as straight forward as you can- the less fucking about the better. I’d just stick with Monday and Friday.

Yes they do- I’ve used several and given that they’ve been through a vetting process to become sponsor you can’t go too far wrong. If a sponsor here fucks up they get given a chance to put it right or they’re given the boot.
