    Seems like calves and forearm is pretty standard across the board. I give them one or two sets of direct work a week which by looking at my forearms and calves is not enough.

    Me too brother. Great thing about training is it steers me away from my old lifestyle. @Dirtnasty will say the same thing. I think a lot of guys here chose this for the same reason.
