I’m already feeling better adding some calories. The challenge will be adding some solid tissue and not fluff but I will keep tracking and keeping the calories clean. I had over 200 grams of carbs last night and I feel great today. Not planning on running carbs that high but it was great yesterday.
More work today. Monday’s are usually busy but I’ll be able to do shoulders later. Db overhead press with front/side and rear raises. Would love to pop an abomb . But if I do it in the evening it messes up my sleep. Rest is more important to me. Have a good day brother.
No cardio aside from 5 minutes warm up on elliptical. Then Db deadifts leg ext leg curls and calf raises. Did traps after chores tonight. For some reason I was hungry as hell today. Should have come in right around maintenance though.
