The rope thing is what I use for forearms. It’ll get your forearms pumped. You have to listen to your body. If it’s uncomfortable change grip lighter weight or just a different exercise. Personally had to drop flat bench for neutral grip Db press. I’m sorry to hear about your wrist brother...

Ate a Burger King whopper with large fries. Not great but...
There’s some debate about fasted cardio. Really my morning fast is just an easy way to reduce calories for my cut goals. Also supposedly increases insulin sensitivity. It’s just the way I’ve done my cuts in the past and it works for me.
