Soooo hungry for apples and peanut butter

I ate those quest bars every day for a while. I’m pretty burnt out on them. I can eat the same thing over and over but after a while sheesh, that’s enough. When I was younger and training I thought I’d just buy a huge case of tuna. That’s all I ate. Just now able to eat tuna again. Been eating...

Man all that kid does is eat. And then eat some more. His dad is built like a brick shithouse. I suspect he’s going to have amazing genetics. I’m kind of biased though I guess.

    Injured my wrist, now what?

The rope thing is what I use for forearms. It’ll get your forearms pumped. You have to listen to your body. If it’s uncomfortable change grip lighter weight or just a different exercise. Personally had to drop flat bench for neutral grip Db press. I’m sorry to hear about your wrist brother...

Poppy’s Mesterolone and Methenolone Enanthate Cycle Along With Hormone Replacement

There’s some debate about fasted cardio. Really my morning fast is just an easy way to reduce calories for my cut goals. Also supposedly increases insulin sensitivity. It’s just the way I’ve done my cuts in the past and it works for me.

Time for some words of gratitude

Couldn’t agree more. It’s been a real positive for me. Guess that’s why we’re on at 530 in the morning. Good way to start the day.
