Diet: had pancakes with fruits, eggs & coffee. Later a shake with rice cake, after some rice & chicken.
Training: back focus with abs.

I had an amazing breakfast two eggs Benedict with some avocados, coffee & fruits. Shake is going to be for later, having pork loin with yams n broccoli.
Trained back & abs in the AM.

Nothing crazy. Going to be going my diet, training & giving my body a break of EVERYTHING. hopefully I will have the proper mindset to start my overdue cycle 😞
