Sorry for the late response, yes! I get those cravings everyday. I just do my best to stay disciplined throughout the week. That said I am human and do cheat from time to time.
Morning gents, normal grub for me. Did have a bagel with my eggs today. Tasted damn good.

On duty today so no training just cardio.
Ground chicken meatballs, ground venison rice and veggies today. I’ll have salmon and potatoes with broccoli rabe tonight

Evening boys. Just getting back into training after comp, slow and steady. Weight is up to 205 so not too bad. Hit legs today and ate normal grub. Still keeping diet tight and hitting all my macros. Tomorrow will be my 1 untracked meal so cannot wait
