    Well boys no pro card but did take second over all in light heavy division. Honestly after seeing some photos I think I should have won but left it up to the judges. When to pro pice come in I’ll post them up.

    Got to have extra carbs yesterday and it fell on my bday which was nice. Bored out of my skull in my hotel room watching time pass. My daughter drove out to Pittsburgh to watch me compete and in true city fashion, some cocksucker broke into her car. Gotta love people

    Well here we are boys on the eve of the biggest comp I’ve ever done at the oldest I’ve been! Lol Feeling good again today, slept well and carbs are starting to fill me out a bit.

    Evening gents, yes the time has come! Thank god! Thought I was going to die last few weeks. Tipped the scales at 193 tonight at weigh-ins. Complete Thursday around 9/10am . I’ll post up some photos tomorrow. Been carb loading all day so feel good now
