I decided to go with 3 on 2 off. I rested up Thursday and Friday. It was lovely. Especially being off from work Friday. I worked on a bunch of big trees this week that mentally exhausted me.
I had to climb a few trees today and after them my legs aren’t too bad. Still feeling it in my calves and hams but quads and glutes aren’t killing me to walk now.
I hit them both pull nights and leg nights. Was actually thinking about doing 2 on 1 off while doing Push, Pull, Legs just to give myself a little more time to rest up instead of 6 straight per week.
My legs definitely need a break this week. I think what got me last week was 4 different days of Deadlifts. Getting in and out of my truck, up and down the ladder, and climbing has been tough this week so far.
A lot of people love it. I myself growing up in the area don’t care much for it myself. The traffic I would compare to going through the middle of Atlanta or New York. The tourist love it and so do all my kids.
Last night’s Leg Session. Missed Saturday going out to eat in Pigeon Forge. Most of every where had 2 hour waits to eat.

Good morning @John Breakfast was 14oz ribeye, 4 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of maple sausage, 2 pieces regular sausage, and 2 biscuits. Pull session tonight. Not sure about productive today. Feeling like eating and napping all day. So definitely smooth day.
