Thank you and that’s a Valid concern! I saw the “most dangerous” article that listed the small dosing requirement as a risk. I honestly I am not going to be weighing any thing. Should I go that route, I would,be trusting a sponsor’s accuracy in their product dosing.- 375benched

Lack of pump in biceps
Good stuff! Every so often with Biceps, if I feel I’m stalling out, I’ll end my workouts with negatives and isometrics, just to extend the pump and failure feeling as long as possible. Monster pumps!- 375benched

The nice thing about going full recovery is you get to keep your testicles. Those ltitle guys can disappear permanently with no off time. It depends on the person as well.- 375benched
