This is a good point and one that others have pointed out. In the real world, if you’re an enhanced lifter, it doesn’t make a practical difference in igf1 levels. That said, for non enhanced lifters, metformin could cause a non trivial difference.

Progress Report
Suffered a bit of a rebound this weekend. Went on a retreat with my other partner and went a bit overboard on food. Plus the stress I’ve been experiencing at work and while trying to get house ready to sell… yeah it wasn’t a great week. But I’m ready to bounce back!

Saturday absolutely savaged my glutes, so asking for a volume decrease here. volume and weights are starting to stack up and cause more fatigue. Most excellent. peak week is going to be a massacre.
Progress Report
Good progress this week! Loss is slowing — only lost 0.9 lbs last week but progress was expected to slow. Step counts are good but compliance took a dip cuz I was at a baby shower/on the road all day yesterday.
