1/4 a tab every 3-4 days would work great on heavy cycles but everyone is different & you mentioned that you’ve never had gyno signs so it’s likely you naturally aromatize little estrogens in the first place so Letro wouldn’t be the best option for you
Same here, not sure why some use both together… It basically does the same thing… I prefer Clomiid, brings test levels much faster & no crush after cycle. Also I personally would run low dose letro during pct it will speed up test recovery & keep most of natty test from converting to estro, now...
I feel like muscle gains from 12-16 weeks are easier to keep longer if pct was done right. Maybe because carrying & using the new muscle gained for 4 month
vs 8 builds up more muscle memory or your body gets reset at being more comfortable holding more muscle mass?

I think it depends on the person, some tend to easily gain muscle on back/chest & some tend to gain easier on arms. For those who easily gain mass on back/chest it recommended they have a day solely for arms to balance it up. Btw keep up the great work brother 👌
What’s with the filters? & last year you got down to 3% bf? Must’ve had visible veins even in buttocks? What was used to test that 3% bf? Also on your next bulk, I would personally stay bulking till I get to at least 240lb <20bf before you think about cutting again
