    I’d take 1/4 pill also maybe every 3 days. But not much more or you will be down for a few days feeling like you got hit by a truck if you crash your estrogen. I’ve been taking anastrozole/Arimidex for 8 years .5 to 1mg every few days depending on my T dose.
