Why do people even bother with “spot targeting” ? if you’re goal is to cut, just focus on fat loss in general. Some areas may take a bit longer than others but just refocus your diet and keep pushing.
I used to lift with this old school bodybuilder who would take an ECA stack everyday before her workout… wouldn’t recommend it on a daily basis but it definitely gets the job done.
