190 511 and to stay lean? Hell yeah bro I’m 5”10 and I was 160 now I’m pushing 185 while on cycle but I tell you what. When I was 160 I was Atleast 20% BF fat as hell lol. I’d have to get down to 13-140 to be “lean” around 6-10%- ATAVUZ

Never thought about it. Gonna have to look into that next. Right now just suffering with all these sides on first cycle. 😂 my left nut is painful and def got test atrophy and it’s just really uncomfortable now. Need to get my hands on some hcg. Idk a lot going on man 😂- ATAVUZ

what is your aromasin dose at? Highly tempted to stop running the adex and switch to that and see what happens. I do feel lethargic and a lack of energy could be from the high E or it’s just in my head cuz I know my E is high lol.- ATAVUZ

SRX bro. But you are correct. It seems to do nothing at all. If estro is 215 in week one. After adex was implemented it only went down to 195? That’s crazy.
