    Hard boiled eggs and yogurt for breakfast. Black iced coffee. Gym at lunch to hit back n bi’s. Probably just doing a protein shake for lunch. Dinner gnocchi with sausage and cream sauce.

But then I hammered out a really solid hour and fifteen minute chest routine in the gym for lunch and had a low cal high protein shake.     Woke up late and missed the gym. So I said fuck it and we to McDonald’s for breakfast. Hitting the gym at lunch and definitely making a better food decision. I’m really sluggish right now.
