Gym @ 5am. 60g low cal protein shake, 3 egg whites on rye toast with Swiss cheese turkey and hot sauce. Black iced coffee. Duck breast with Thai rice for lunch(best in Brooklyn), dinner is gnocchi with vodka sauce and meatballs.
I’ve had Flash touchdown anywhere from 4 days to two weeks. But it always touches down. I’ve never had to complain or reorder or any kind of bullshit. And the gear is always legit. But I’m also a patient man and I don’t expect him to operate like Amazon.

I got (2) chicken McGriddles and (2) hash browns. Total calorie intake 1054. With black coffee. But then I hammered out a really solid hour and fifteen minute chest routine in the gym for lunch and had a low cal high protein shake. Sometimes I just need to eat shit so I remember why I don’t eat...
Woke up late and missed the gym. So I said fuck it and we to McDonald’s for breakfast. Hitting the gym at lunch and definitely making a better food decision. I’m really sluggish right now.
