Congrats brother. I’m around 30 days no booze too and feel great. I wasn’t drinking a ton prior. Maybe twice a month but always a shitload of alcohol like 15-20 drinks over a night and would feel the effects for a week or two after.
Thanks for the info brother. I always feel much better when I keep a good stretching regimen. I like to take 15-20 mins in the even and stretch/roll. When I’m on point doing it daily I can notice a big difference in day to day activities and in the gym.
