We did standing bent over dumbell rows 4 sets of 20…i stuck with the 50 lbs
Then we did 4 sets of 15 pull ups
Then we did 4 sets of lat pull overs…i did 2 sets of 20 reps @ 100 lbs on the cable…then 120 lbs for 1 set of 15 and 130 lbs for 1...
