I agree, the mast is really a waste im sure its in a blend, but low dose mast is just a waste. I think 1400 is the prescribed dose for breast cancer. Solid plan otherwise brother

Need to get a chance to go bow fishing for gar in the swamps. Some of the most fun around. Just hard to drink because you eat just as many bugs as you drink. Guess its a good source of protein lol.
I usually do 3 is but heart rates 4ight so doesn’t matter. Like some stated 1 hour of cardio may be the reason do 30 see what happens if still nothing maybe 15. Goal is to pack on muscle but keep some of the fat back so some cardio is good but to much is a hinderence
Whats everyone doing for the fourth? I’m personally planning a max out in the am of possible and then cooking some crawfish bread and etouffee. Its hotter than hell down here in louisiana so I’m sure I’ll have some swamp ass to go with it! Haha
Keep your heart rate within the fat burning range around 130 to 140. Intense cardio burns fat and muscle. Steady rate cardio is best. High incline treadmill at slow speed or stair climber.
I don’t really have experience from npp,but I’ve heard benefits really need to be around the 500 mg level similar to Decca. But like I said I’m no expert. Someone can correct me.
