    Agree but if you wanted you could create other workouts as you transition to other phases, though it won’t directly track or give some type of reminder to consider switching your trading program up to continue to make progressive gains especially when hitting a plateau. 👍

    Yeah I was disappointed by many other apps when searching around, as none seemed to be more weightlifting focused. The only reason I posted this is that it is by far is the best I’ve found and have been consistently using it everyday for over a year at least.

    Well that didn’t last long had to try it. Definitely a nice flavor variety! Now going to head out to hit legs as I’ve been out of town the past couple days. Going for a heavy belt squat emphasis day. Just turned on the garage heater, so once it hits 62-65 time to get it on.
