    I’d start with getting your diet in check. Just as @PHD said. Find your daily intake, subtract ~2-300 calories from there. Feel it out. You’re not all that over weight, it should be easy to get in to the teens in terms of bf%.

    Adex would be safer in terms of not completely crashing your estrodiol levels. Adex inhibits the aromatization process. Aromisin will effectively lower your ‘e’ levels, which could lead to crashing sooner than arimidex. Just something to think about.
