@Dirtnasty - I do DL on my back days / first!! Then move to DB high rows off the rack / one hand the rack. Here is my WO:
DeadLifts - 135,185 warm up X 10. 3 Working sets 225 x 10, 275 x 10, 315 (only can get 6 😦 work in progress for 10)
High one arm DB rows - 70 x 12, 80x 10, 90 x 6...
