    Excellent choice! Trained legs today. Had egg whites, granola and toast followed up with a protein shake and a banana. Yogurt and almonds. Shaved steak on a wrap with cheese. Probably Chipotle for dinner

    No training either. The only thing Ive had so far is egg whites and an English muffin with peanut butter. Girlfriend invited my over for dinner and is making chicken and rice. Hopefully she made a lot because I'm starving.

    Weekend Check Ins.

    Trained legs before work. Same food as yesterday. I've basically doubled my carbs the last few weeks and for what little weight I've gained it's totally worth it. Going to try and balance it out with some of that dirty "C" word stuff and make adjustments from there. Hope everyone has a great weekend
