Trained chest and shoulders last night. Eggs and toast for breakfast. Granola and yogurt. Then chicken w/ pasta salad. Shaved steak and cheese wraps. Protein shake with a banana and strawberries
I'm in favor of a few smaller ones especially if it's for sponsor credit. I thought this worked pretty well in the past and brought in a lot more member participation

Hoping to train later. I didn't eat as much as I wanted at my girlfriend house last night because I didn't want to be a pig and paid dearly this morning. Fucking starving. Full stack of Texas style French toast with caramelized apples. 4 eggs, bacon and corned beef hash. Had to be wheelbarrowed...
No training either. The only thing Ive had so far is egg whites and an English muffin with peanut butter. Girlfriend invited my over for dinner and is making chicken and rice. Hopefully she made a lot because I'm starving.
Trained legs before work. Same food as yesterday. I've basically doubled my carbs the last few weeks and for what little weight I've gained it's totally worth it. Going to try and balance it out with some of that dirty "C" word stuff and make adjustments from there. Hope everyone has a great weekend
Trained back and bis. As far as food goes eggs on toast with Turkey Sausage. Then granola ,almonds and yogurt. Protein shake. Cheeseburger wraps. Chicken salad wraps.

No gym today, went out for breakfast and over ate and now I'm paying for it. Probably going to have a salad to balance this garbage out lol!!!
