Hit back traps and bis. Had a bagel and egg whites pre workout then a shake with banana and strawberries. Felt like having breakfast again so I had a yogurt and granola with more egg whites. I'm probably cooking cheeseburgers for dinner
Probably hitting legs tonight. Breakfast was eggs and turkey wraps. Yogurt, almonds and granola. Chicken and rice. Ground sirloin and sweet potato. Protein shake.
No training. Just swapping from nights to days so I'm working off short sleep. Heading to concert tonight and all I had to eat so far was toast and egg whites before running out the door. I'm hoping to grab something before I get there

Trained legs earlier. Eating tacos and chips right now. Started getting shaky running errands so I stopped to refuel. Dinner will be tuna steak and rice.
