Didnt sleep through my appointment for blood draw this morning thank goodness. Got up and hydrated before my appointment. Kinda had a lazy day with the Ms. outside of training and it was really nice.

The first thing we all have to realize is we’re going to pay the piper for this game we play. One way or another. The question IMO isn’t which one is healthy… but how much are you willing to pay the man when he comes around.
