Weather is great over here. 74 yesterday with a breeze blue sky white clouds. Eating the same crap. Chicken rice eggs grits except I'm throwing pizzas and cookies in as well. We'll try to hit legs today. We will be in the 88 this Tuesday though 88th and cloudy 🤔

Started some of their test. So far I pinned my my sensitive spot. Biceps. And pip was selch except for the right because I think I went through a vein before I hit the muscle but even then bare minimal. Definitely smooth to me.
