Did light push workout last night didn’t really go hard after multiple days with less than optimal sleep and nutrition back to strict diet today. I’m trying doing gym later I day as I’m be on first for a few months and may as well stick to same time
Happy Father’s Day. Closing day of festival. It’s been great for me. Some quality time with my lady but also able to catch up with friends I rarely see.
How are you holding bar for front squats. I used to do the arms crossed method but changed to putting straps on the bar then grabbing them like a handle
Well off to festival going to enjoy this weekend then it’s full bore back to grind. Start new job Wednesday so will be going to gym after work. Good thing I’m not worried about pushing weight at the moment. Pre festival weight 285
Groomers took four hours with dog today kind of changed my plans around a bit. May try and get my back in the morning before leaving for festival it’s possible still go tonight
