Laid down for nap and. Ended up sleeping from 5-9 so will do legs tomorrow instead lol f
Tonight. Still feel super tired and I’m not even doing anything that would cause that maybe it’s the lack of having anything to do in life is just making me sleep
Love to see this we are in same boat I think if I can be consistent for a year I may even consider competing to Jetta 2000. I said I would never blast again but I just won’t this year maybe never again but if I’m healthy and fealinggood with life that allows I may go for it next year
Back day this month is all about just getting back to being consistent. I’ve got some igf1 I’ll do next month and then after that probably run hgh a little higher as I have so much.
Sleeps good got like 12 hours yesterday now I can’t fall asleep today wish my mind and body would just do regular sleep instead of go till I feel I need like 12 hours
There’s so much info available now that doing stupid lifts with terrible form shouldn’t be a thing. I don’t think everything need to be super strict but don’t swing you whole body for curls maybe cheat a little at the end
I used to give advice but I stopped years ago nobody wants to listen. If I got 20+ inch arms and I’m curling less weight than you maybe your doing it wrong
