    Dave Palumbo on quad shots

They don’t bother me so long as I use nothing larger than a 27g needle. That said, they certainly aren’t my favorite. Glutes, lats, delts are my go-tos.

If I’m still around, I won’t forget you, and you and @Neuro (among others) have positively impacted me.

Advanced Age Lifting Rolling on 62

Apologies for the belated reply, @Poppy . Thank you for this advice. As you know, I’ve been struggling a bit with these issues myself. I was always the promising but overly aggressive smart kid in the room and now I’m supposed to be the wise old man. Sometimes I dig it, but most of the time, it...

    Intermediate? Beginner? You wanna cycle?

Great thread that you have had in the offing for a while now, @Neuro! I hear the “gotta cycle off to give your body a rest” nonsense all the time. Nada. Listen to your body. If you are feeling stressed or out of sync, decrease your dosages and see if that resolves it. But I have found no reason...

Looking great, big guy! Can only hope I look and feel as good as you in five years. Ok, four. Kinda. Nearly. Around that.

    A True Renaissance Man @Neuro

Great photographs! The last one is very Ansel Adams–one of my all time heroes. Do you use the Zone System?

    If money was no object

Yeah, @Neuro says HGH gave him progesterone issues. I never feel like I have a progesterone issue with Tren or Deca unitl I take half a cabergoline tablet, then wham, I feel the difference. Pans out in blood tests, too. I think the key with HGH is moderation. Go crazy and one gets belly bloat...

Young man had a heart attack at 20

It is. Fueled by frustrated parents living through their kids’ athletic achievements and schools seeking prominence. Football is to me the greatest game; I love it. But it can be and frequently is distorted into something that sucks the life out of it. I was grateful my boys all grew up playing...

Young man had a heart attack at 20

THIS!!! Man, does that capture it or what?! So nice to commiserate the passing of that era with like-minded folks.

Young man had a heart attack at 20

Without a doubt, I get a genuine high from the occasional a-bomb or additional 20mg of test prop. And even worse, I tend do that when I’m feeling down and need the boost that only a killer two-hour workout can provide. Did it this morning and will do a squat/back/tri workout later today. So...

    If money was no object

I’ve reduced my usage to 3-4iu at night. No more. That makes me sleep well and doesn’t given me any of the bad side effects. That said, I still take breaks from it, and I notice my vacuums are materially better when off it than when on.

Young man had a heart attack at 20

I grew up playing HS football there, and even then, if you weren’t naturally jacked and gifted, kids did anything and everything to compete. I was lucky and for a number of reasons, didn’t go down that route (I also stopped playing early on–just wasn’t big or developed enough) even though I...

And a distended belly! Gotta watch that with heavy HGH use!

    If money was no object

Ok. I could go for this as well. Though I’m a “small C/big B” kinda guy. So really, I’d like to replicate my wife and have ten or so super horny naked versions of her hanging around my dream gym. THAT would motivate me.

    If money was no object

This. Not sure I would change my regimen much if at all. It’s dialed in now. But food prep with specific nutrition and that actually tastes good would make all the difference for me. In addition to all the money in the world, I would need all the time in the world as well, as squeezing in a...

I suck at life lately edition

Sorry to hear of your struggles. Meds have, I am somewhat embarrassed to say, really done the trick for me of late. I hit an all-time low point a couple of weeks ago. Just felt like I was so deep in a rabbit hole, there was no way out and no point in even trying. I’m not sure anyone understood...

    Experimenting With Medjool Dates
